2020 Environmental Group (2020) is pleased to announce that Verdantas, a private-equity-backed firm specializing in environmental consulting, sustainable engineering, modeling and digital technology, has acquired Project Navigator, Ltd. (PNL) – a well-respected company known for its strategic management and project coordination services, especially at Federal (CERCLA) and State Superfund sites.

2020 served as the exclusive M&A advisors to Project Navigator. The deal closed in April 2024 and the terms are not disclosed.

2020 Environmental Group (2020) is pleased to announce that All4 LLC (ALL4), a leader in environmental, health, safety, sustainability, and digital consulting services, has acquired Whatcom Environmental Services Inc., located in Bellingham, WA.

2020 served as the M&A advisors to Whatcom Environmental and initiated the transaction with All4. The deal closed in December 2023 and the terms are not disclosed. This marks 2020’s 5th successful M&A closing in 2023.

2020 Environmental Group is pleased to announce that Trinity Consultants has acquired WestLand Resources, an engineering and environmental consultancy based in Tucson, Arizona, with offices in Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. 

2020 Environmental Group advised WestLand Resources on its sale to Trinity Consultants. The terms of the deal are not disclosed.
