Jessa Spainhower, Project Manager

Jessa Spainhower brings 13 years of environmental industry experience and a proven track record of operational leadership to her work with 2020 Environmental Group. She has served in executive operations roles within environmental consulting firms, most recently as Chief Operating Officer, where she worked directly alongside a Founder/CEO to translate vision into executable strategy, manage P&L, and lead teams across Business Development, Sales, Finance, and HR. Her operational leadership has included guiding a firm through a successful M&A acquisition process and facilitating a smooth post-close integration, giving her firsthand insight into the complexity and stakes involved in environmental industry transactions.

As host of the Environmental Leadership Chronicles podcast, Jessa has spent years in conversation with environmental industry leaders, exploring the strategic and organizational challenges facing environmental and engineering firms at every stage of growth — giving her a distinctive perspective on what drives value and performance in this sector.

In her project management role with 2020, Jessa applies that same operational lens to keeping complex engagements on track, aligning stakeholders, and supporting internal strategic priorities.
